Adeneo Embedded and Kopin announced Customer Support for Golden-i™ Headset Developer Kits 
Adeneo Embedded brings Global OEM Software Support for Golden-i™ headset and enhanced customer application resources.
Barcelona, (Spain), February 16th, 2010 – Adeneo Embedded, a Microsoft Windows Embedded Gold System Integrator in cooperation with Kopin and Motorola, announced today a strategic collaboration on the Golden-i™ Headset Software Developers Kits (SDK). Adeneo Embedded will focus on supporting OEMs integrating Golden-i™ headsets with their handhelds, PCs and enterprise systems, as well as ensure efficient support and custom application development resources to more and more customers adopting Golden-i’s “Hands-Free” wireless natural speech interface with enterprise systems.
Golden-i™ is a lightweight (3 to 6 ounce) headset, providing both Bluetooth and WiFi connectivity with a 15-inch virtual PC display, which appears 18 inches from the user’s eye. Golden-i™ offers a true “Hands-Free” natural speech recognition interface for wireless remote control over an array of host devices including cellular phones, PCs, company networks, including industrial test and repair equipment. A familiar PC experience when highly mobile, combined with a “Hands-Free” natural speech user interface and the ability to provide spontaneous access to nearly any digital information, significantly improves employee performance and safety.
The Golden-i™ devices come with a complete, open-access SDK that allows end-users to develop their own software to either run on Golden-i™ units directly, or to run on a remote Windows PC and be remotely controlled by Golden-i™. Awarded by Microsoft as “Windows Embedded Partner of the year” in 2007. 2008 and 2009, and by Texas Instruments as “Elite Design House” and “OMAP Developer Partner”, Adeneo Embedded brings a unique blend of skills and expertise on both Windows Embedded CE and OMAP35x platforms, to secure OEMs with their development and product integration using Golden-i™ development kits.
