Windows Embedded BSPs for Atmel AT91CAP9 / SAM9-Based Solutions

For over 10 years, Adeneo Embedded edits and maintains the official Windows Embedded CE / Compact 7 BSPs for Atmel AT91CAP9 and SAM9-based reference solutions.

Based on the ARM926 CPU, with operating frequencies up to 400 MHz, a large set of high-performance peripherals, DDR2 and NANDFlash support, the AT91SAM embedded MPUs (eMPUs) are optimized for reduced system cost in industrial applications.

AT91CAP9 is a value-added alternative to using a standard ARM9-based microcontroller plus an FPGA.

Binary image: Evaluate the operating system on the development board

Binary BSP: Select the features available within the BSP and bring up the operating system on the development kit - Any commercial usage implies purchase of source BSP

Source BSP: Get access to the full source code and adapt the BSP to a custom design (one time license fees, no royalties) - Source code access for 20-day evaluation (under NDA)
